PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM.

The City Council will discuss and consider the following proposed Public Utility Easement (PUE) Vacations:

  • Harris Hills, Phase 4, at 4193 North 1075 West.

 

  • Willow Brook Village Subdivision lots 3, 4 and 5 at Lynne Street (2243 North) and Highway 89.

     

  • Willow Brook Village Subdivision lots 6 and 7 at Lynne Street (2243 North) and Highway 89.

     

  • Weber View Subdivision located approximately between Pleasant View Drive, 3275 North, 200 West and 400 West.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 20, 2022 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM. The Planning Commission will discuss and consider the following:

  • A proposal for a rezone of 27 acres of land from Agricultural (A-5) to Residential (RE-20) at 500 West 4300 North.

     

  • A proposal for a rezone of 0.80 acres of land from Planned Manufacturing (MP-1) to Manufacturing/Commercial Mix Zone (MCM) at 2709 North Rulon White Blvd.

     

  • Consideration of a recommendation to the City Council for the approval of a preliminary subdivision application Parkland II Planned Unit Development (PUD) at 2738 North Rulon White Blvd.

     

  • A proposed plat amendment for the Willow Brook Village subdivision at combining Lots 3, 4 & 5 into a single lot at Lynne Street (2243 North) and Highway 89.

     

  • A proposed plat amendment for the Willow Brook Village subdivision at combining Lots 6 & 7 into a single lot at Lynne Street (2243 North) and Highway 89.

 

The city encourages if anyone has any comments, questions, or concerns to please contact the city office at 801-782-8529.  The Planning Commission makes a final determination on the approval of site plans. If there are objections to the proposed rezones, please contact the city in writing to the above address within 10 days after this public hearing. Those objections will be filed with the City Council.

If there are objections to the proposed rezones, please contact the city in writing to the above address within 10 days after this public hearing. Those objections will be filed with the City Council.
