PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 in the City Council Chambers located at 520 West Elberta Drive, Pleasant View, Utah, 84414 beginning at 6:00 PM.
The City Council will discuss and consider a rezone from the MCM (manufacturing/commercial) zone to the CP-3 (commercial) zone for property located at 1584 W 2700 N, Weber County parcel #19-390-0001.
The city encourages anyone who has any comments, questions, or concerns to please contact the city office at (801)782-8529, or to attend the public hearing and to share their comments at that time.

The City Council will discuss and consider a rezone from C-3 (commercial) to C-2 (commercial) for property located at 1496 W 2700 N, Weber County parcel #19-390-0002.
This is somewhat of a cleanup item as Chapter 18.30 - C-3 Zone ordinance was repealed from the Pleasant View Municipal Code, the city is reclassifying the property to the C-2 Zone from Chapter 18.27.

The City Council will discuss and consider a rezone from the RE-20 zone (a residential zone) to the R-1 zone (a residential zone), for property located at 3885 North Highway 89, and 3917 North Highway 89, Weber County parcels: 194030001, 194030002, and 194030003. Both of these zones include single-family homes as a permitted use. The R-1 zone includes daycares and nurseries as permitted uses, whereas the RE-20 zone does not.
