PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 4:30 PM.
The Board of Adjustment will discuss and consider a proposed variance to the zoning requirement for a 50-foot front yard setback ( i.e. the required distance of the building from the property line) to allow this required distance to be reduced to a 25-foot setback, for the main dwelling on the property, which is Lot 28 in the Pole Patch Subdivision 2, Lot 28, located along Waterfall Drive.

The Board of Adjustment operates in accordance with Utah Code § 10-9a-702. If there are objections to the proposed variance, please contact the city in writing.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 1, 2022 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM.
The Planning Commission will discuss and consider a proposed Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Site Plan for expansion of Wildcat Storage units, located at approximately 600 West 2550 North.

The Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 1st, 2022, at the City Offices, beginning at 6:00 P.M. to discuss and give recommendation to City Council regarding a rezone request from RE-15 to RE-20 located on parcel 19-014-0078.
