Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View City will a hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 beginning at 6:00 PM in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Drive to consider the following:

Consider vacating a PUE (Public Utility Easement) located on Lot 1 of Goose Landing at 955 W 3000 N, Pleasant View, Utah  84414.

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 5, 2022 in the city office located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM to consider the following:

 

Consider Preliminary Subdivision Plat Approval for Boyer Pleasant View containing two (2) lots on 20.17 acres at approximately 3155 N HWY 89 in the MP-1 Zone.

 

The city encourages if anyone has any comments, questions or concerns to please contact the city office at 782-8529.  If there are objections, please contact the City in writing to the above address within 10 days after this public hearing.  Those objections will be filed with the City Council.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES

 

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold public hearings on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at the city office located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM to consider the following:

 

  • Consider amending the Pleasant View Municipal Code Chapter 18.27-Commercial Zones (C-1 & C-2) Ordinance by removing ‘Assisted Living Facility’ and ‘Nursing Home/Elderly Housing’ from the list of uses allowed in that zone.
  • Consider amending the Annexation Policy Plan of Pleasant View City by removing Annex Area 4 (east side of City boundary above the Brigham Canal) as shown on the attached ‘Future Annexation Map’ adopted August 25, 2009.
  • Consider a Conditional Use for a Hardware/Building Materials use for Sunpro Corporation located on the SE corner of 2700 N and 1000 W.
  • Consider preliminary subdivision approval of Orchard Springs Phase II located at approximately 975 W 3215 N consisting of .73 acres with two single-family residential lots.
  • Consider preliminary subdivision approval of Deer Crest Phase VI located at approximately 4275 N. 1400 W. consisting of 24.07 acres with 35 single-family residential lots.  
  • Consideration to release and remove a Utility Easement at 955 West 3000 North (Goose Landing Subdivision, Lot 1)

  • Consider preliminary subdivision approval of Monte Vista Estates located at approximately 1650 West 3125 North consisting of 5.8 acres with 11 single-family residential lots.

  • Consider approval of a site plan for Beto’s Mexican Restaurant located at 1120 West 2700 North
