PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Pleasant View City will hold a public meeting on Thursday, May 2, 2024 in the city offices located at 520 West Elberta Drive beginning at 6:00 PM.
The Planning Commission will discuss and consider a proposed subdivision amendment to the Peak View Plaza PUD subdivision plat lot located at approximately 2700 North and 400 West.

Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant View Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at the City Offices at 520 W. Elberta Drive, Pleasant View City, 84414, at a public meeting beginning at 6:00 P.M.
The public hearing is for the following:
- Consideration of an application for a conditional use permit for a Automotive Service use and the accompanying site plan for such use.
This public hearing and application applies to property located at approximately 400 W and 2650 North. The use is proposed for current parcel Weber County parcel # 174530007, which is also proposed to be amended in a subdivision amendment being considered in the same meeting.
The application for a conditional use permit and site plan relates to a proposed Automotive Service business location in the C-2 zone, where this use is a conditional use. The conditional use permit application will be considered with an accompanying site plan application for the use. Conditions may be imposed in order to mitigate detrimental effects of the proposed use
