About Us
Pleasant View City Corporation was established in 1851 and provides sewage collection and/or treatment to approximately 3,300 connections (9,000 residents) that expands for 45 miles of sewer main. With over 1,000 manholes until it reaches Central Weber Sewer Improvement District for treatment. The Management for this entity recognizes the responsibility it has to operate the sewer system in an environmentally and fiscally responsible manner.

This Sanitary Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) manual has been established to provide a plan and schedule to properly manage, operate, and maintain all parts of the sewer collection system to reduce and prevent Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSOs), as well as minimize impacts of any SSOs that occur.
