Pleasant View Business Park

With approximately 400-450 developable acres, the Pleasant View Business Park offers an ideal site for your business.  Major infrastructure (roads, water, sewer, storm water drainage, power, natural gas, telecommunications) will be built coinciding with commitments from companies and developers of the property.  All utilities are in the vicinity and easily extended.

The park is strategically situated between I-15 on the west and US 89 on the east.  On the south side of the Park, SR 134 (2700 North) is a major arterial with freeway access.  The Union Pacific Railroad runs through the Park, and the northernmost FrontRunner commuter rail station is at the Park's southern end.  Also, the Park is far enough away from residential areas so as to not cause any encroachment concerns.

Because the entire Park is within the boundaries of an Economic Development Area, tax increment financing is available to assist projects.  These incentives can lower the cost of development for companies that will significantly bring capital investment and good-paying jobs to Pleasant View City
